Since AK Holdings/Yours Clothing have taken over LTS, everything has gone downhill!
I was a regular LTS shopper, online & attended every pop-up shop in Ireland. Yes their clothes were pricey but quality is worth paying for. But alas, all good things come to an end.
After placing an order & mistakingly adding an item I didn't want, I messaged straight away explaining my mistake & giving details of how I wished for it to be amended. I received no reply, even the next morning... nothing. Multiple attempts to contact them before my order was dispatched, I'd heard nothing back. I then received an email to say was order was on the way, I was infuriated as there was only one option to contact them on their site which they clearly ignored. Eventually I messaged them through Twitter & was told unfortunately there was nothing they could do. Unacceptable & unprofessional customer service. STAY WELL AWAY!
I ordered sweatpants with the matching baggy sweatshirt back in December. When the items arrived the pants were ok but they sent me the wrong top. The top I received was a crop top that I can't even get on because it's so small, so I can't even keep it. UPDATE MARCH 2021: After a few attempts to contact them they did reply and sent me instructions to return the top free of charge. I have increased my rating from 1 start to 3’stars because I finally got a refund. To be fair I have since placed another order and the items were delivered correctly

The answer to every tall girls/womans prayer LOL! Clothes that are fashionable and stylish with a great fit for the taller frame. On-line ordering is easy and the clothes are received in a timely manner, even to the US. Great job LTS.
Some jeans ordered recently have had to be sent back as were either the wrong size or not the quality of pre takeover times. The choice of jeans on the website was poor,either out of stock or in the wrong sizes for my daughters.
Refunds were quick to go back into my account however
Perfect service. Quick delivery to Germany. All dues included ( prepaid) . Clothes fit perfectly. Highly recommended.
I sent a return 2 weeks ago and have not received refund
I was pleasantly surprised to find that Tall Girl standards haven't changed. I ordered jeans and they were the same comfortable style and fit as previously.

Gave 1 star only because I could not give zero stars. I’m extremely disappointed with my previous 2 orders and there will never be another one. Both times I received jeans in a bag...no invoice, no return slip if needed and what was shipped to me was wrong both times. I sent the first order back after really digging to get the information needed to do this. I was told my refund would be less about $35.00 from what I paid because free shipping was no longer an option. I never received ANY refund although I was told it could take several weeks. After I sent the 1st pair of jeans back, during my waiting
Period for a refund, I tried a second time. My order was for the same style and size jeans that I have ordered several times from you. They don’t even come close to fitting as there as obviously been a change to how they are made. Had I known I would not get a refund on the 1st pair, I never would have placed a 2nd order. I thought it was just an oversight on your end when the first order came without any type of paperwork but it was exactly the same for the second order...jeans in a bag... no Invoice, receipt, absolutely nothing. I’m very upset as I’ve been buying from you for several years but I will never order from you again. I never tried to return the second pair of jeans because the process is extremely cumbersome and you don’t refund anything. Total ripoff!!!
I’m having such an issue with returning an item that I received damaged. It was ripped and I’m having to speak with so many different people just to get a return label. Upon my frustration with the new long tall sally customer service. I’m very disappointed as I’m a long time tall girl and long tall sally customer. I just mailed it back and asked your billing department to credit me back instead of deducting for shipping
I, I return items it’s been six weeks now I haven’t received my money I’ve been chasing to get my money back still I didn’t get it and I need my money
Please change your cart. It's vey annoying to buy a size 8 us and have it changed to uk sizing in the cart.
Also, please enclose a return/exchange page with every order. Trying to find how to return items on your site is ridiculous.
The shipment took a little longer than I expected. The quality of pants I bought could be better.
Very inconvenient and expensive return process for US customers. Three weeks after returning and still waiting for the package to be received and credited back. Will not order again until the process is cheaper and faster.
